B2B order is not created in R/3 system

Hi,

Order createdn in B2B,but did not get through to gSAP(R/3) due to an error.

In CRM error is showing like this.

Error : Partner with the partner role AP cannot be converted (Notification E C( 010)

I've checked Bdocs,inbound/outbound queues also, there is no error.

Could you plz help me what is the root cause of this issue.

Hi,

The reason is Partner function AP is not available in R/3 partner determination profile.

check the customizing of partner dermination profile whether you have added the Partner role AP.

or the partner you have maintained in CRM.The corresponding partner in R/3 is not maintained.

Hi,

I've checked Partner function AP for BP in R/3,not maintained .

But,I've tried with another order, order is successfully posted in R/3 withohut maintaining the Partner function AP.

How it is possible?

Kindly suggest me how to solve it.

Hi,

Are your mappings for the partner roles correct? Check the settings in CRM:

transaction SPRO

Customer Relationship Management > Basic Functions > Partner Processing > Data Transfer > Distribution of Partner Functions (both ECC>CRM and CRM<ECC)

This might help.
