Hi Swapna,

Go to link

http://<webserver:port>/shopadmin/shopadmin/init.do

Here in you can create a new Webshop, where in you can assign you product catelog created in CRM, (Part of Master Data in SAP Menu in CRM) & specify the scenario for which you need webshop (i.e. B2B, B2C etc.).

You can also specify order type required, partner funtion and much more.

Once done and saved, next time you log in to the appropriate scenario area (i.e. B2B, B2C etc.) you will find your created web shop.

(Prerequisites: Product Catelog has to be created and is active in CRM server, JCO connector and XCM settings for shopadmin and b2b/b2c scenario are active)

Swapna

All additional Confirgurations are done on the XCM !

Some of the Configuration would be: System Name, Client Number, User name and Password etc . This allows the Application to contact the said System(Name) with User Name and Password for accessing the details !

Thanks

If you have access to the XCM and knows the general Logins to be used on the XCM, then you can do this configuration yourself !

Thanks

Hi Pratik

See that you have a fair deal of experience in web shop.

need to configure certain properties in the configuration files in webshop.

I know one way to do this is using tools like Tuning Pack

However if one were to not use the tuning pack how do i go about making

the changes.

If any one has any idea about this please let me know asap?

P.S any other links to webshop information and tutorials will be appreciated.

the information can be send to kumar1801@yahoo.com

Points will be awarded whereve appropriate.

Hi swapna,

XCM settings are sort of RFC connection settings between ABAP and JAVA.

Ask Your Basis Administrator to establish JCO connection for the required scenario.
