adding value node

Hi,

I have tried to add value node to the standard context node. it was done properly. I got the field into Ui creating new config.

But here the problem is i am getting some exceptions on the UI.

gui :

component : bt_addr

view : contactaddrov

there are 5 context nodes in it.

i wanted to add value node to the 3rd context node.

web ui :

contact search->contact overview of any contact->work addresses assignment block( In this assignment block i need to add one new field(contactallowance this filed is there in the builheader ).

sap crm 7.0

Hi Sri,

if you want to have just one field added please just add one new attribute to the view.

If you are not able to find your attribute in the SAP standard you could also code your own logic in the SET_ and GET_ Method of the new attribute.

Probably the error is related to the new field that you created. Could post the raised message error?

I think your issue probably could be better answered in CRM 7.0 Forum.
