Account name search does not work for one business role

Account name search does not show the results for one business role.

In component ICCMP_BP_SEARCH/BuPaSearchB2B, Node - SEARCHCUSTOMER was enhanced but when executed through that business role node context is empty.

Please let me know if there is something that has been missed?

Please help resolve this problem.

Hi Raja,

If it is not working for only one business role, the following could be the reasons.

1. There is an authorization restriction against this particular business role using an authorization      object.

2. There is an authorization restriction against this particular business role using ACE authorization.

But, the role it works, F2 on the result list is standard configuration. The role it does not work is customer configuration.

on_search is enhanced. typed_context of searchcustomer node is empty on the role it doesnot work whereas typed_context searchcustomer node is populated as standard in the role that works.

Please suggest a resolution

Hi Raja,

Are you using the same user while testing with both the roles? Or you have different users for each of the 2 roles you have mentioned above?

Yes it is Same user. Any ideas?
