Hey Experts,
From what I understand, Yahoo and Google require senders to support 'Easy Opt Out', otherwise emails are likely to be junked. Apparently this can be achieved by adding ‘list-unsubscribe’ to the header section of the email. As we're unable to edit the header section of the email template, we're unable to update them. I've raise this with support who are unable to help. This blog from Hubspot explains the change in more detail.
Other email service providers are making the change on their customers behalf. Not sure what we can do to resolve this.
Request clarification before answering.

Hi Bradley,
The field "Email Address for Unsubscribing" in the Sender Profile or Email settings should be set as List-Unsubscribe in the email header...not sure exactly if this happens in MC or Sinch?
So if you have for example "unsubscribe@eusmtp.email.sdi.sinch.com" in there, then I can see in Gmail (by clicking Show Original in the email header) the value List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:unsubscribe@eusmtp.email.sdi.sinch.com?subject={blahblah}>
where {blahblah} is some unique ID like SAP Outbound ID maybe.
Hope this helps?
Cheers,
Markus
