Hi experts,
In creating a new workflow rule, i am curious on the timing setup.
If I want to trigger the rule for ticket only in a specific time period,
Eg. Tickets will be assigned to low priority if they are reported to system during the day at 1900-0900.
How to achieve this purpose?

In this case, at the moment by standard the workflow rule scenario offers 2 timing possibilities, On Every Save and Scheduled.
These timings will tell when the workflow rule should check if an object (in your example, a ticket) has the conditions to satisfy the rule to trigger, and make the change / update the required field.
In your example, I believe it would be possible to define this not with the timing, but with a set of specific conditions in the workflow e.g. Created On Equal To XXXX.XX.XX.
In this case, the possibilities with the conditions would need to be explored to achieve the requirement.
