What is difference in pricegroup.impex and product_prices.impex?

products-prices.impex - this file is used to configure the prices for the products

Price group is nothing but you can create different price group and configure different prices for the product for particular customers. that means showing different prices for the product for particular group of customers.

May be the pricegroup.impex will contain the impex to create price group for customer price group and product price group and product_prices.impex will contain the price rows creation for a product. While creating product price rows , we may need product price group(pg in PriceRow) or customer price group(ug in PriceRow).

Generally Impex will load based on the Convention over configuration (COC) or the impex file should be mention in System Setup classes.
