Hi Experts,

in WSMM we can check if there was an error in sending object (eg. ticket) from on system to another (eg. C4C to CPI to FSM).

How can I check if this objects (eg. Ticket number 100200) got resend some time later?
Let's say, that at 9:00 there was an error for some reason, but at 9:15 system once again tries to send this ticket and is successful. How could I check if this happaned? (checking logs manually is not an option, because system creates dozens of them every minute)

Check "Integration Logs" at individual ticket.
If it is empty / not applicable, then the only way is to search it manually.
