Hi All,
Customers are experiencing this error "Virus scanner not active. Document processing is not allowed" while uploading a document in C4C for replying back to a ticket.
Can anyone please provide me some insights on how to proceed further.

I think this issue had been resolved yesterday itself by SAP team. If you still issue persist, please report an Incident / Case to SAP .
