Uploading Document in SAP Marketing Cloud forms

Greetings, I would like to know if it is possible to enable Document Upload option in SAP Marketing Cloud forms. Is it possible to have a custom field as a box for documents upload? If so, can you please provide me with the steps to enable that? If not, what is the best approach using SAP Document Service? My current approach is a bit complex as I have to send SAP DMS folder link separately to each contact registered in SAP Marketing Cloud.

Hi @ElyasD,

Based on my implementation experience, it's not possible to add/upload a document in the Forms, instead, you can add a URL in the form itself (e.g. GoogleDrive, Blob, etc)

Hey KunalBansal, As per my knowledge, SAP Marketing Cloud does not support a direct document upload in forms. A common workaround is to use SAP Document Management Service (DMS) to store documents, and then share folder link with each contact automatically. Alternatively, you could consider building a custom extension in SAP BTP for enhanced document handling.
