Is there a recommended upgrade path for CCO from 2.0 FP7 to 2.0 FP 13 PL03?

If the CCO database is healthy you can directly upgrade from FP07 to FP13 (with the compulsory switch to Java 11).

We have seen cases when the CCO database carries issues from lower FP. It was then necessary to update incrementally, e.g. FP07 => FP09 => FP10 => FP13 or even from FP to FP.

My recommendation would be to copy the CCO to a non-productive location and then try the direct update FP07 => FP13 from there. If it runs smoothly you can update without increments in the productive environment, too.
