Dear experts,
I would like to update our Org Structure in C4C. So far we have org units in the org structure that are duplicats of Accounts we have in the System.
I see now that when i check the Checkbox "Company" in the org unit, a new account is created. Is it possible to merge this account with an existing account in order to transfer the information into the Org unit. Or does anybody know an easier way to do this? (Currently, the Checkbox is unchecked!)
The accounts are exchanged with SAP ERP and are already existing. So i assume even if this works, i have to adjust the Interface if the naming changes during this merge.
