Dear Anderson,
We have created a customer in the CCO with minimum details and saved. The created customer was synchronized to the BYD system. Now we are updating the customer details like Fax & Cell Phone Number in the CCO, but it is not updated to the BYD system even after the synchronization. There is no error while doing the synchronization.
Question:
What if the user forgot to enter the full details of the customer when he/she created the customer and later trying to update the detail from the CCO?

What is the version (FP and PL) of the SAP Customer Checkout?
Which UI mode is used? Quick Service, Table Service, "old" Retail UI?
I did some tests and it seems to be an issue with the new UI. With the old UI the customer updating is working fine.
If it is the same for you, consider to create an incident, please.
