Hello all,
We are creating a couple of KUT fields in our implementation and these are text type fields. The only options we see are plain text or formatted text type fields.
a) Is there any other text type fields that can be created through KUT?
b) If we create plain text type fields, we see that they screen space is limited and the user during edit has to manually scroll till the end to continue entering more notes. Is there anyway to increase the screen edit size vertically for such fields and make them similar to formatted text fields during edit?
c) Line Breaks/New Line feature is also not supported in plain text type fields in C4C. Is there anyway to achieve this for plain text type fields?
