Hey guys,
is it still possible to use the Text Analysis functionality for custom interaction types?
I created a custom interaction type (Z_SUPPORT_REQUEST) and enable "Text Analysis" for it. It is assigned to interaction channel WEB and has communication medium WEB:
Then I created an interaction of that type including some text in the "InteractionContent" field to have a good rating for that interaction. But there's no rating done.
Did I forget anything to use the Text Analysis? Is it only possible for standard interaction types or only for special communication media or something like that?

in general it should be possible for all inbound interaction types.
However the processing is working asynchronously, so it might take a moment.
If it is not working please open an incident.
