Survey Answers Are Still Editable

Hi! I need your help.

I started create survey in sap cloud for customer, but I perceived survey answers are still editable. The knowledge from SAP 2548822 talks about it, but that doesn't serve the customer.

Do you know how do to blocked news answers when status survey is equal concluded?

Hello nseidel,

You have already refer SAP Note#2548822 in which SAP itself stated that currently this functionality not available then you can proceed with resolution as suggested by SAP. Cause and Resolution reproduce below for ready reference.

Cause

Currently we do not have a lock status for completed surveys. It can be changed anytime. This is intended for flexibility reasons, where you could can back and answer the same survey again.

Resolution

If you need this functionality urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.

But, I can't wait for SAP to develop this. I need to block new responses on an already completed survey. So I would like to know if anyone has dealt with this, and how they did it.

Hello Nathana Seidel,

Ok, lets wait if someone has worked on it and parallaly check the feasibility with your ABAP Consultant if they can put validation on it.
