Store Finder Electronics Storefront - Default Location / Distance

I am currently setting up an B2BB2C Electronics Accelerator with OMS Hybris Version 6.3.

I was able to add a new point of service which is displayed on the storeFinder page. Moreover theres Sample Data of some Japanese Stores.

Nakano Waseda Dori 13 Tokio is the one with 0 km distance. My Store has approx 9000 km. Currently it seems to be that Japan is set as default. - By searching with disabled location based service of the browser the stores in japan are the nearest ones.

Is there any way to change the "default location" or "country" used for the storeFinder page. - Maybe in the base store or via properties files?
