Service cloud export tickets

I want to get all my customer tickets from service cloud to excel. I want to do some analysis on all my customer problems so I need that data. I want to have how the customer explains their problem and I want to bulk export 500+ tickets. Any ideas how to do that?

Once you have filtered the tickets ,Select More and choose Export To Excel from the OWL ,as shown below

You can also use th Export option from Data work bench
