Sender Name missing in recipient EMail

Hello Experts,

I have created sender profile and able to receive the mails successfully from Marketing cloud system to respective recipients.

Now the issue is the sender name which is maintained in sender profile is not coming and its bringing Hybris Marketing as titile.

Can anyone help what could be the issue and about the fix.

I tried the way you suggested above, but the behaviour is same. its always bringing the sender name as Hybris Marketing.
