I have created one smartform ,and attached in the Action Profile.

When I execute the Action Profile ,my new smart form is not triggering.

The old one(Standard) smartform is triggering.

Actually I copied the standard action Profile, i that I removed the standard smartform and added new smartform.

Please give ur inputs.

Did anyone solve this problem??? It's a really hard issue?

I have the same problem, after changing the smartforms in action profile, I tried to check it through Tr-code CRMD_ORDER. The problem faces!!! What to do?

Hi Andrey,

I had the same issue that after changing the smartform in the action profile the old smartform was still showing up in emails.

I used the report SPPF_CONSISTENCY to clean up some inconsistencies and afterwards it worked.

Markus Oechsler,

I guess, I've found the solution:

Is it necessary to reconfigure action profile in tr.Code (crmc_action_conf) all the time (by deleting the existing action definition and adding the new one, exactly with the same start condition) after I changing the name of smart forms in form name of processing types (PT) of action definition(AD).

I mean that we have to delete and add again the action definition in CRMC_ACTION_CONF every time after you changed the action definition in action profile.

Hope it will help you!

Mark,

can you give some instructions how you used the report SPPF_CONSISTENCY in order to clean up the inconsistency in system. Cause my solution of our problem is not so good as I wish!

Hi Koti,

You must have defined schedule and start conditons for your action definition.

Do a thing-

delete your action conditions first

then again go and create your action definition and conditions

Now when you run your transaction the correct smartform will be picked up.

Hi,

If you are still facing the same problem kindly create a new Action Profile and Action Definition with the same processing class and method as the standard Action.

Hi Koti,

Did you assign your newly created action profile to the transaction type you are using? SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Define Transaction Types

Hope this helps. Kind regards,

Yes I attached my Action Profile in the Transaction.

After executing the transaction , I got the mail but in that mail it is not showing the new smart form , it is showing old one(standard) smartform

thanks

Koti,

Once you create your new smartform, you have to generate it. Just activating the smartform does to not update the buffer.

Once you activate it, go ahead and generate it. Then it should work fine.

Hope this helps.
