Hi Team,

Is there any reference to how to Upgrade the existing Service cloud to new SAP Service Cloud Version 2? How much time will it take to move to new solution and will it be additional cost to client? and what about the custom solutions that were made in existing Service cloud, will it also be moved to new SAP Service Cloud.
