SAP Service Cloud - Version 2 - How to turn mandatory standard fields

Hello,

I would like to turn some standard fields mandatory as categories in cases,priority etc. and restrict fields edition based on rules. Is this possible in adaption mode? Or where i can do this rules?

Please try 'Dynamic Properties'.

Navigate to Settings >> Extensibility Admistration >> Case Service >> Case >> Dynamic Properties.

Can I know where can I add a custom validation (other than isNull) and other functions to the custom fields ?

Where can i set the custom validations for standard fields?
