Hi Community,

Tried to ask the SAP Sales Rep, no luck at all. Hoping to see if anyone would know anything about these?

1. SAP Build App base package listed on point 1.1. – would anyone knows if this is the one being referred by? https://store.sap.com/dcp/en/product/000000000008900305

1. Data storage listed on point 1.4 - Where from the system or SAP Me page, that we can see our data storage consumption?

1. User License – Limited use listed as 1.4 and 1.8, what is the product ID? There are only 2 product IDs listed on the onboarding guide. Never seen there is another Limited use product ID on the onboarding guide.

1. Definition of “API calls” or “Event calls” on 1.7, do they mean inbound to CRM only? What is the Product ID for the additional license on this clause? On the system, where can we monitor this API and Event calls consumption?

1. Definition of transaction for this Cloud Service on 1.8 clause. When it says “transactions are cases, phone calls, emails, tasks, etc…” , how is the system counting? For example: a user created a case? A user got assigned to a case as Owner? How to count when the assignment is a Team (i.e. more than 1 user)? A user modified a case? A user closed a case?

I can answer question number 1 for the time being. The link you shared is correct, that is the SAP Build App that you can leverage in SAP Service and Sales Cloud Version 2. In fact, below you can find a link to the Help Portal where you will find further details on how to request access to it.
