SAP S4 Customer Management - Allocation of Contract Account class

Hello Experts,

How do I allocate multiple contract account class to ICW sales channel, as system is allowing only one entry for ICW, I did tried with creation of multiple ICW channels by copying it to a new one and assigned each contract account class respectively. Request you to please advise on how would I allocate multiple contract account classes(Like in he attached image we maintained AB, how would i allocate CD & EF to ICW) .

Hello Tammy,

As we have assigned contract account class to ICW channel, and we have few more contract account classes which needs to be assigned to ICW where system is not accepting, so we have created multiple channels by copying ICW and tried to assign different contract account classes to different ICW channels(copied channels) where system is throwing error(2nd image).

Thanks for the prompt response.

As we are currently dealing with release S/4 HANA 2020, hence we cannot go ahead with release S/4 HANA 2021. Hence as you suggested will go with the implementation of OCA method.

Hi Rajkumar,
until release S/4HANA 2020 it is only allow to assign one contract account class to ICW sales channel.

I recommend to use an One-Click-Action (OCA) to create new contract accounts on node business partner in the result list of the confirmed business partner BOL Tree.
Use the OCA CREATE_BUAG and call the pop-up from view IUBUAGC/SelBuAgCreate to select the contract account class.

With release S/4HANA 2021 the contract account is harmonized and here the contract account category can be selected during create process.
