SAP Marketing Cloud - Custom Code List - how to show description instead of code

In SAP Marketing Cloud I've created a custom field that is of type Code List, and added it to the Campaign UI. After selecting a value it displays the code - is there a way I can get it to display the description here instead?

Hi Simon,

there should be another field that you can display which holds the description.

But you still have to display also that Code-field where the user has to select the value (so in UI you have two fields) like in my example.
