SAP Loyalty Marketing + SAP Marketing OnPrem

Hi all,

I can't find the documentation on integrating SAP Loyalty Marketing (on SAP Cloud Platform) with SAP Marketing onpremise.

Well, I do find the integration guide "Integrating SAP Hybris Loyalty in SAP Hybris Marketing 1709 SP01" but that one still talks about SAP Hybris Loyalty on YaaS. While it is on SCP now. I also find the SAP Marketing Cloud integration with SAP Loyalty Marketing. But I can't find an integration guide for SAP Marketing onpremise with SAP Loyalty Marketing on SCP...

Can anyone help me out?

Hi Joyca,

You are right, SAP Loyalty Marketing has recently been moved to SAP Cloud Platform. Together with this shift the integration between the systems has changed as well. As the first release was shipped with SAP Marketing Cloud 1805 you will need to wait at least until 1809 on-prem to get the new integration scenarios.

I just got confirmation that the SAP Loyalty Marketing integration is not part of the 1809 on-prem release. 1809 will be released this September.

The development team is currently focusing on adding further integration scenarios to the cloud version. On-prem might follow later. Please watch the release notes.

Hello Theo,

- I thought the yy09 onprem release would always be a combination of the yy05 and yy08 cloud releases... so this means that this is not the case, that certain cloud functionalities will NOT be part of the first next onprem release?? So onprem customers need to wait another 6 months for the SAP Loyalty Marketing integration?

- 1809 should indeed be released in September, but it is already september and I find no trace of it in the PAM. When exactly in September will it be released? (it the answer is the 30th I'm completely fine with it, but it should just be communicated in the PAM in advance...)
