Hi Sakil,
You need to double click on the field you want to translate, and then you overwrite the new title to field.
Just make sure you are in the correct language option.
In the below example, you see that "Result of the work" as a field of smartform. Click on it:
In the Title field, put the translated value:

You need add a new language from here by choosing "Create New Translation" if not already there.
After that, you select the language you need to translate to, double click on the field, and start overwriting the original labels:
