Hello
I'm trying to open Producer this morning, it gives me a connection error. Pic attached.
What could be the problem. My customer is having issues also, but about a Microset. saw the error message very quicly
I have re downloaded the App launcher, first repair, then - removed and re installed again, Still same message
Any ideas ?

This error typically occurs because something on your networks is blocking the communication between Producer and Manager. Try this KBA to troubleshoot your issue. Outside that, please also check that minimum requirements to use Enable Now. At a minimum, have your IT confirm that the settings in the Common Browser Settings and Network Settings sections have been implemented.
