Hello Expert,
Does SAP Emarsys contact profile only show the details of Email communication that were sent out for the customer in communications tab?
Is there any way to identify if the individual customer was contacted through other channels as well like SMS, Web or Mobile?

Request clarification before answering.
Dear Govinda,
Seems the Contact Profile in Emarsys can show only the Email response as of now, at individual contact level we dont have an option to check their response from other channels , we should open an Improvement request for the same Influence Opportunity Homepage - Customer Influence (sap.com).
