Hello,
We have implemented SAP CDP for our B2C customers.
Now, we would like to do the same for B2B customers.
I have seen in the following document that B2B use cases are available with CDP --> HERE
To activate B2B customers, should we use another CDP tenant or can we use the same database as for B2C, what's the recommended behavior?
Thanks,
Guillaume

Hello Guillaume @131295,
Based on my implementation experience, I recommend using the same tenant for both B2C and B2B. This approach allows for creating a unified customer profile, enabling seamless data management and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Refer to the SAP Documentation and the B2B for SAP Customer Data Platform blog. Additionally, I hope your landscape includes SAP CDC (Gigya) B2B or a similar CIAM solution to fully support your CX objectives.
Feel free to reach out with further queries. If this response was helpful, kindly mark the thread as the accepted solution.
Thanks & Regards,
