Dears,

I am using SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP13 PL10 Quick service mode and I am facing an issue when creating a customer and I get this error "Backend call timeout" please I need your help.

Please Advise how can I solve the problem

I am using SAP Business One and regarding the configuration on CCO I configured the Number range ID and check the connection with SAP B1 and authentication all is well but still facing the issue how can I solve it please ??

Hi fmansour,

which ERP System are you using? This error indicates, that CCO cant reach it. This can either be network issues, misconfiguration or an authentication problem.
