SAP Customer Checkout ( Table Service ) - Restaurant Requirements

Dear SAP CCO Experts,

I did a demo for a customer for the CCO using "Table" mode, and this is the first time we got the deal for the CCO to run on restaurants, therefore I have some requirements from the customer that have to be solved, and the points are:

  • Total Tax should appear on the sales window under the discount and before the total amount, as the only way to see the taxes on table mode is to print the receipt.
  • How to add service charge 10% on the total for a restaurant, and no service charge (0%) for another restaurant
  • The customer needs to know the number of guests to be entered once you choose the table ( a work around is to make a non inventory item with zero price and based on the entered quantity we can get the number of guests on each table, but I think that SAP might have a better solution!)
  • When creating Selling Sets, The customer wants to enter the price for the set and when showing the items inside the set, they should appear with 0 price for all the items inside the set.
  • in Table mode I can't do a percentage discount and I'm not sure where in the settings to switch the amount discount to percentage discount.

This is very important, I believe that the CCO on table mode doesn't allow you to create plugins, therefore, please help with the points above with a possible solution for each point.
