Installing rosetta resolved the issue,
softwareupdate --install-rosetta

Installing Rosetta works for my colleague's M2 Pro as well.
A bit of context here,
For the same project that my colleague and I are working on, he is facing the exact issue as you did for his new M2 Pro MBP. The weird thing is that it doesn't happen on my M1 Pro as both are silicon. We have made sure that our Node version matches but that didn't solve the issue. We've also tried Botan's way but we've no idea where to do that (both of us are really new to macOS). Thus, we've opted for the Rosetta way and it works.
Hi anilkreddy.a,
Just checking the error screenshot , in your system the npm installation is failing, please change your setting to allow the installation.
Thanks,
Gaurav

Please go to Macbook Settings/Security&Privacy. You need to allow npm software install from there. Then you can run clean and server start again!
