Hello everyone,

I would like to know how to do filters on kibana to show me only deployment logs ? Mainly when there are deployments errors.

Hi Fabiano,

You can find a specific deployment in the deployment history of your ccv2 environment, and use the Initialization log link to open the Kibana UI.

The Initialization log link takes you to the Kibana UI with all deployment filters automatically applied.

You can also manually add the filter to search for the deployment logs.

I appreciate for your help.

Sometimes I notice there are deployment errors but Kibana does not show why or what error is.

For example, after many attempts I remembered that a specific extension was needs, but kibana logs did not show that it was the lack of the extension.

Do you know if is there another way to watch de logs besides that (via Kibana UI) ?

Hi Fabiano,

On the cloud portal, you can find the azure blob cloud storage account for archived logs on the environment detail page.

You can use the logs storage account to connect to the blob storage and download the archived log files, using azure blob tools like azure storage explorer.

I'm not sure about this dm_0310 error, could you share more information about the error, like a screenshot?

Other than Kibana UI, we can download the archived log files in the Azure Blob storage.

Hi Samuel,

so, in this moment deployment is ok. Actually, I do not know why, but after that I added 'mediaconversion' extension, dm_0310 error did not occurs anymore. And now, I tryed to retrieve old log but portal commerce does not show me. If in the future happens again I bring it to you for information.

About archived log, I appreciate for this, I did not know that, I will see that.

For now, thank you for all.

In the case of a specific extension was missing, that should be part of the build logs.

For build logs, you can download from the cloud portal on the build detail page.

So, I agree. But I think it was strange behavior from CCV2, because the build phase does not had problems.
In that case, I added the azurecloudhotfolder extension but I did not added mediaconversion extension, build process was success but during deployment phase (migrate data mode) occurred error (dm_0310) but kibana did not show me errors accessing by Kibana UI (Deployment log link).

That's why I would like to know another way to see specific deployment logs (maybe debug level).
