SAP CDP delete customers

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to delete customers from cdp, for example after deactivating a source (because the customers remain in the system). Is there a way to create e.g. a node in the customer schema to mark customers for deletion and run a job afterwards to clean them?

The system reset (available for admins) is no alternative, since not all the configuration and the contacts need to be deleted.

Hi dennisfoer1993,

• I was in the same situation sometime back and It was not possible without a full admin-system-reset option.
• You might either reupload data with the latest data or consult SAP via an Incident once.

Note: SAP CDP ideally shouldn't allow you to delete any data entry as the system is intended to keep historical data and learn from it for AI/ML purposes.
