SAP CCO with SAP B1 Loylaty Points

Hi Guys,

We are testing the CCO loylaty points payments into SAP B1.

Is standard behiour whereby the IN Invoive in SAP B1 is header level discounted by the value off the points only?

ie, the points do not show as RC Incoming payment value equal to the points?

Is there a way to show the points consummed in CCO as a payment value against the invoice in SAP?

Hello ratkin,

We are currently facing the same situation. In our legislation we can't apply loyalty points redeemed as discount since the products sold are still subject to sales tax.

Our current way of thinking is to send the loyalty points redeemed as a negative, tax exempt, line in the invoice to B1. That way we could maintain the original tax value from the sales items in the invoice and have the amount deducted from the payment.

Would such a scenario work for you, too?
