Hi Experts, i had an issue.
We are using CCO with B1 as backend.
On B1 the items has multiple barcode, each one corresponding to a size attribute that is entered on free text field on the Barcode Screen.
But in CCO, the item is imported and the barcode is a concatenation of all barcode on B1. Example
Itemcode: ABCD1234
Barcode 1: 000123401298
Barcode 2: 809102983438
in CCO
Itemcode ABCD1234
GTIN 000123401298809102983438
How can handle this to get barcode splitted and when is scanned get the same item.
Thanks in advance

Hi Isaac,
Thanks.
The barcodes are separated with the ",". This is the expected system behavior.
Your issue is when you scan the barcodes, the system is aggregating them in one single row in the sales grid. Is it?
If yes, you can change this settings under Configuration > POS System > Sales Screen
Then, enable the "Always split sales items" parameter

Hi Isaac,
You're welcome.
For example, I have the Item Code A00001 with the following barcodes A00001_1 and A00001_2
Always split sales items = ON
Every time, the barcode A00001_1 or A00001_2 is scanned, it will create a new line in the sales grid with quantity 1
Always split sales items = OFF
When the barcode A00001_1 is scanned, it will increase the quantity in the sales grid. If you scan it 4 times. In the sales grid, there will be only one entry with 4 quantities.
If you scan the other barcode, A00001_2, the system will create a new row for it. If you scan this barcode several times, there will be only one row for this item, but the quantity will be increased every time the barcode is scanned
Hope it answers your question.

Anderson
