When creating customers in CCO, is there a way to restrict the duplicates by means of mobile no. or email no.? Please advise.

Hi,
When the "Enable duplicate check for customer data" parameter is enabled in the CCO, it verifies the firstName, lastName, companyName and externalID to check for duplicate customers.
You might try to develop a plugin to create a new duplicate check to validate the email and mobile no. In the PartnerEdge portal, you can find additional information on how to develop plugins
