SAP C4C Sales BoM material: After simulation not return sub-items

Hello,

I'm trying that BOM material (integrated with SAP ERP) works but when i simulate the integration not subitems return. When i create on SAP ERP a sales order whit the same customer, sales área, product and quantity the BOM works fine.

I activated trace on CPI, when SAP ERP request have not subitems.

Have you any idea what happend or have documentation about this scenario ?

Hi Manuel:

Can you try with a ticket to SAP team? When I configured this functionality the SAP team helps me with a tracer and they get the error in the payload. The issue was in the ERP.
