SAP C4C Sales BoM material: After simulation not return sub-items

Hello,

I'm trying that BOM material (integrated with SAP ERP) works but when i simulate the integration not subitems return. When i create on SAP ERP a sales order whit the same customer, sales área, product and quantity the BOM works fine.

I activated trace on CPI, when SAP ERP request have not subitems.

Have you any idea what happend or have documentation about this scenario ?

Enable Price Modifications for Sub-Items of a Bill-of-Material

Administrators can learn how to enable price modifications for sub-Items of a bill-of-material.

To enable this feature, go to Business Configuration Implementation Projects. Select your project and navigate to Edit Project Scope Questions Communication and Information Exchange Integration with External Applications and Solutions Integration into Sales, Service, and Marketing Processes Sales Quotes and select the scoping question: Do you want to change sub-items that are determined in an external application?

Hello Diamila,

I have enable this option in the scope project, but when click on simulate the SAP ERP not return the BoM material.

I configured the Items Type and Tracking Items Type Determination.

You know what consideration i need to have on the SAP ERP? When i use the same customer, seller and material on the Sales order on SAP ERP the BoM material works.
