Hello,
We have set up server side integration in C4C and made some visit fields (standard and extension) mandatory. Gmail is used as an application.
Users are now creating visits from Gmail without opening the SAP Side pane in Gmail. From the google calendar, they open an existing visit and use the button Other Actions and press : Copy to SAP Visits. A visit is created, but as in the visit screen, the SSI profile fields are not available, the visit is created with the fields that have been set to mandatory.
My question is, is there a standard way that actions in the drop down list can be hidden for all users or that the users individually can hide these actions in the Gmail calendar.
I checked some blogs, but i cannot find any 'standard' way to prevent users to create incomplete visits by copying them already like SAP Cloud for Customer – Gmail Server-Side Integra... - SAP Community
I added a little prinscreen that shows the options i would like to hide.
Many thanks in advance
Kr.
