SAP C4C disable feed posting while keeping system generated feed notifications

is it possible to disable the feed posting functionality for users while keeping the system feed notifications for followed objects ?

Hi,

here are some screenshots to clarify my question:

I would like to prevent users from posting feeds using the icon marked by the green circle in the screen shot below. So far I could not find a way to disable this icon (I could find a way to disable the icons of favorites and flagging via the user menue - setting - company setting, however, not the posting icon):

I would also like to porevent users from posting feeds from the feed workcenter:

I would still like though, to recieve system feed notifications on updates of followed objects, therefore I would not like to disable the feed workcenter all together.
