SAP C4C: Creation of permissions and their integration from SAP C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud

The overview of iFlows from SAP C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud also mentions an iFlow for the replication of permissions from SAP C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud. It's "Replicate Marketing Permission to SAP Marketing" which is deprecated as of 2102. Because it's deprecated and I also saw that some initial load of permissions from SAP C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud is intended, I would like to understand if it is even planned to have an integration of permissions from SAP C4C to SAP Marketing Cloud.

Here I also read that permissions that were replicated from SAP Marketing Cloud to SAP C4C can not be changed in SAP C4C. But is it even possible to create permissions in SAP C4C and replicate them to SAP Marketing Cloud? If so - where can I create new permissions directly in SAP C4C?

The other way round (SAP Marketing Cloud to SAP C4C) is clear to me.
