Same campaign sending to different timezones based on contact

Hi,

We want to have a single email campaign send at a time dependent on a contact's individual timezone. I'm aware other Marketing solutions have an option to do this (E.g. Send at 11am for individuals based on Country). I know there's potentially an option to customise the Best Sending Time score, but that would be definitive (i.e not easily adaptable if one individual wishes to send a campaign in the morning and another wishes to send it in the evening - we don't want a single sending time set). What solutions have been adapted by others to deal with this use case?

Hello chris_watters,

Have you tried the Best Sending Time (STO) options?

I recommend use that, as there's no other way than segment consumers based on country and execute multiple campaign at specific time which would not be a feasible option.

Hi Kunal,

Thanks for your answer. Am I right in understanding Best Sending Time would not be editable. E.g Contacts Best Sending Time Score = 10am however our Marketing team wants the email to be send at 4pm relative to all contacts timezone - this isn't possible with Best Sending Time. Also the Contacts would require to have a score maintained, otherwise the email would send immediately. Is that your understanding?

Hi chris_watters,

Your understanding is correct. In SMC it's not possible, but with SAP Emarsys, you can achieve such flexibility.
