We have noticed that certain sales orders in SAP C4C are going in transfer interrupted status. When we checked the logs we noticed there were certain old failed idocs in S4 which got reprocessed which S4 basically rejected and the same message was sent to C4C. This old idoc which came to C4 updated the order with old idoc data which is not correct and C4 should have ideally refused it just like S4 did.
Also, if we try to revoke such transfers the revoke doesn't work as well and it still keeps the order in interrupted status.
Has anyone faced this ?
