I have an issue in create a case service in Sales Cloud V2, in the parameters, always receiving an error that Note ID is invalid, which Note ID should be added?
I either get an error called NoteID provided in the description is not valid, Please enter a valid noteID
and An internal server error occurred while running the note service.
I need to know how to save details in the Notes and also is there any more documentation about the ODATA APIS for V2 as this link :https://api.sap.com/package/SAPSalesServiceCloudV2/rest is not enough?

Hi Perihan,
You should first Post the note via https://my.xxxx.de1.test.crm.cloud.sap/sap/c4c/api/v1/note-service/notes. This generates a NoteID. Then you need to Post or Patch the Case with this noteID.
