Hello SAP,
One of my teammates is unable to login into Cloud Portal due to continuous error during MFA. Could you please help to reset the authentication process for its account?

If your Multifactor Authentication (MFA) has been blocked and requires a reset, please contact your account administrator in SAP Business Network. You can follow the instructions provided in KBA 0003517385 - How do I reset Multifactor Authentication (MFA)?
