​Reporting visits organizer and attendee

I'm running into the following problem that I haven't been able to find a solution for. I want to make a report of the number of visits an Account Manager has completed in the past month. The role that an Account Manager can have within a visit differs from organizer to attendee. It may happen that an Account Manager participates in the same visit as both organizer and attendee. In such a case, the visit is counted twice for the Account Manager, which leads to unusable data. Who knows a solution?

create Calculated Key Figure 'Counter' with aggregation type as given below:

Then after adding this key figure to the report you will be able to see the number of visits:
