Hi SAP community,
I was wondering how you and your customers are approaching the following challenge (or what was my expectation on this topic):
- you have an campaign with at least one email with different conditions for different banner versions
- you want to know after (sending the email) how many (and which) of you customers, received which version of the email, and which version was sent to whom (i.e. 300x gender=male, 500x gender=female, 100x gender=unknown)
The challange: Attributes are not always as fix as gender (i.e. loyalty tiers could change more often) and for business the amount of sent variatens are very relevant for most businesses to identify relevant content.
How I approached it until now:
- reports based on campaign id and using the click interaction on specific links
- the link is defining the content used activly
- this is only an approximation from my perspective
Do I miss something very important here? I am thankful for every hint.
Many thanks and best regards, Stefan
