Hello colleagues, in a replication of sales orders from ERP to C4C it is generating this error messages > Reading of key mapping for external ID type 917 and external ID XX failed *XX * being xx the sales organization that indicates me.

Service Interface > CustomerOrderReplicationIn External ID XX not unique

Good Morning,

Two alternatives to validate.

Validate if your Organization has been created.

Admin > General Settings > Org Structures > Org Unit

Map this Sales Organization.

ID Mapping for Integration > Mapping of: ERP Sales Organizations

I have validated it in both, even for other sales organizations, it works well for me, I don't understand why it keeps throwing me the same error after restarting the web service monitoring message. Thanks
